主要研究领域为动物源蛋白肽的功能挖掘与品质提升、胶原蛋白及其活性肽的结构-功能关系与品质调控、重组胶原蛋白的分子设计、结构调控与生物功能。以第一作者发表SCI论文15篇,授权发明专利3项。
